So, I don't know that I can really critique much since I'm a growing digital artist, but I will start by saying that I really like your usage of warm and cool hues. Your blending is really nice, but maybe it can be pushed a little more. The thing that's really killing it for me is the ring finger, pinky, and the lack of line art around the fingers/hand. I know it's not meant to be blatant due to style, but if you wanted to push it further... I definitely suggest revisiting the hand and giving it some (.5) skin tone lines? Ultimately, it's your piece, and you don't have to take my advice. I feel like maybe the clothing could be a little more defined, too, with darker 'lines/brushstrokes' if you wanted.
